  • Ultrasonic: By using high frequency sound waves, ultrasound testing helps in thickness testing.
  • Radiographic: Radiographic Testing or industrial radiography, is a nondestructive testing method of inspecting materials for hidden flaws by using the ability of x-rays to penetrate various materials.
  • Magnetic Particle: "Magnaflux" is a method of testing ferromagnetic materials using magnetic particles to detect surface and sub-surface flaws.
  • Liquid Penetrant:Liquid Penetrant is a low cost inspection method where a penetrant may be applied by dipping, spraying or brushing, to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials.
  • Eddy current :Eddy current inspection is used to locate defects in non-ferrous tubing. Primary applications include chilled water units, turbine condensors, weld inspection, and material sorting.
  • Visual:Visual testing is a cost effective method used for quality control. A minimum of equipment is needed. Visual testing inspectors need extensive knowledge of how the component is to be evaluated.
  • Leak Testing:Vacuum box testing aids in leak testing of tank floors and ship hulls.
  • Mechanical :Destructive testing like tensile testing is used to determine material properties such as tensile strength. Hardness testing is a quick test to determine if heat treatment of in service us has affected the mechanical properties of a material
  • Welder/Welding Procedure Qualification:Welders qualification is meant to test welding skills and abilities. We have a workforce of AWS Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI). Welder procedure qualification is used to determine mechanical integrity of the joint utilizing established parameters.
  • Positive Material Identification:Positive material identification is an NDE method which enables accurate verification of chemical properties of various ferrous and non ferrous materials. It does not have the ability to determine Carbon and Sulfur content of ferrous materials.
  • Hydrostatic:Hydrostatic testing and pressure testing helps locate leaks in pressure vessels.
  • Ground Penetrating Radar: Ground penetrating radar (GPR) of concrete is an NDT method that scans concrete structures to locate buried structures such as, rebar, post tension cables, conduits and utility lines.
